Cramp feeling in right side of my body.

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Dr. Last few days feeling like cramp in my right side of body. Especially arm and leg. While applying car brake, some times I am not able to judge that where going to stop my vehicle. No other issues like weakness , nausea, constipation and sleep disturbance... Pls looking for a suggestion. I am resident of oman and planing to go for a vacation to my native Cochin within a week.
