Cramp and virginia pain after sex

Hi, I want to share a problem that has been bothering me and I will be glad if I can find a solution to it as soon. My girlfriend told me earlier today that she is always experiencing cramps (pain in her lower abdomen and in Virginia) after sex and it last for 2-3days, she also feel pain like a wound or something in Virginia if she's urinating and I am really curious and want to know the cause of this and to know if it's normal. Another thing is she's not a sex freak and can do without sex..
