Cracks developed on penis tip

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi recently I have observed that there are cracks on skin of my penis . Generally it does not pain but when I get aroused that time it pains and during sexual intercourse . What could be root cause for this and treatment . Would applying boroplus or boroline or Neosporin cream help ??
