Hi.. my husband is suffering due to cracks and dryness In the foreskin of his penis. It looks like scratches This doesn't permit us to have sex and it is very painful for him. He is recently diagnosed with diabetes. His sugar level before food is 380 and after food is 410. He does not have any health issues other than this. Please help
