Cracks and bleeding on my friend pennis
Dear Sir/ Madam,
My friend has suffered from severe dengue fever, platelet count decreased to 20000, he was injected full of antibodies due to that medicine side effects happened in his body, one of the side effects is that his pennis skin was cracked and bleeded. So please suggest me the proper ointment for this problem. He was facing severe pain while go to restroom. So please give the proper suggestion.
