Does crack teeth can be fixed? Do I need a filling or trimming? Lives in Bhubaneswar. Recommend me a good dental clinic. Suggest something less painful

The damage is very minor. Ideally trimming is not recommended. Fillings also involve tooth invasion. Slight finishing can be done if its a big priority for you.
If the tooth has cracked due to any habit like pen/pencil chewing, nailbiting, bruxism or use of threads in parlor etc then break the habit first.
The damage which we see in your case is pretty small...now how it's bothering you that will make the difference...it can be made level by small polishing of the rough edges we see or else you can find a good aesthetic dentist he or she will do a good job for the same...both the things are not painful at all...
Hope so your doubt is cleared.
All the best and good luck
