Cracked nipple tip - to be mother

Hi , i am 34 weeks pregnant. I am concerned about my cracked nipple tip which appears in flakes.. it looks like if I peel it falls off and I have noticed small bumps around aerola. I am worried if I will be able to breast feed my baby just like other mothers.. please let me of this is normal also some home remedies to heal the same
