Hi sir, Composite filling last for 2+years depending upon.. Proper  way of filling n setting.... Above all  post treatment protocol to be followed like not eating frm that side.. N avoid any tea coffee n cold drinks for atleast 3hrs....well if all this fail.. Then cracked  filling.. Well since u use the tooth frequently n eat frm that side also causes filling failure Pain n sensitivity to hold cold.. N sweet items.. The depth of caries has reached to pulp.. Itz better to get done RCT for further worsening of ur tooth.. Better to save the tooth..post treament details will b given by ur doctor.. Get an IOPA of tooth n start procedure immediately.. Save it befor itz too late.. Under medication start with antibiotics n analgesic on SOS..
Next Steps
Visiting to doctor must RCT of tooth with restoration with crown.. Avoid further damage to teeth..

Composite fillings if done properly last for 5-7 years. And if your tooth is paining an Xray needs to be done.
