I took Covishield vaccine yesterday at 4.30 pm. Yesterday I was fine but from today morning I got body pains & fatigue. There is no temperature in the body but I don't feel good atall. It stopped for a while in the evening today & again I started feeling nausea & stomach pain. Is this normal? Or should I still take a paracetamol? Yes I have severe headache all day today as well.
