Hi my mother is suffering from hypertension and high blood sugar since last 8 years. Currently she has controlled blood sugar and blood pressure is inbetween 85/135 and 95/155 ( Fluctuates in between). following medicines has been taken by her -- Sartel am 5/40 twice daily, metaformin 1000mg twice daily , lantus insulin 8 unit once daily.
