Please repeat the rtpcr after 2-3 days. Can help you with the next course of action and treatment plan. Would like to discuss in details and provide apt solution. Kindly consult.

Early testing can show a negative report. Kindly isolate. Take covid precautions. Take paracetamol 6-8th hourly. Lots of fluids. CRP indicates any inflammation in the body. Better to consult at least online with plenty more details to assess situation of the patient and further management.
Next Steps
RTPCR after 2 days
Health Tips
kindly isolate and take symptomatic treatment

If fever does not subside within 3 days, you need to repeat your RTPCR test. Also consult a doctor as raised CRP does indicate there is some sort of infection in your body. You have not mentioned anything about cough or throat pain.
