Early testing can show a negative report. Kindly isolate. Take covid precautions. Take paracetamol 6-8th hourly. Lots of fluids.

If fever does not subside within 3 days, you need to repeat your RTPCR test. Also consult a doctor as raised CRP does indicate there is some sort of infection in your body. You have not mentioned anything about cough or throat pain.
