Don't take Doxycycline and ivermectin in pregancy. These two drugs are contraindicated. Other than that zincovit, vit c, vit d,dolo 650 all are safe along with the ongoing iron folic acid and calcium tablets. Monitor temperature, pulse and saturation thrice a day. Stay active but don't overburden yourself. Unfortunately pregnant women are at slightly higher risk of infection and rate of abortion/preterm birth are more if infected with covid. So consult obg/attend nearest hospital if any pain/bleeding per vagina. Hope this was helpful.
