Covid vaccine in pregnancy
Hi, I am 25 weeks pregnant clinical research professional. My doctor advises me to take Covid 19 vaccine as the health ministry is now allowing the vaccination in pregnancy. However, I am not able to decide on it as there is no safety evidence of these two vaccines on pregnant ladies. I am more concerned about my foetus than myself. mRNA vaccines like that of Moderna and Pfizer have data on pregnant subjects, but they are not available in India. Kindly advise on whether to go for Covishield/covaxin or not. Thank you
