Covid -URGENT PULMONOLOGY AND DIETICIAN
Had fever for half a day and body pains and headache for 2days continuously. And yesterday, Tested covid positive in my lab test at home, Now there are no heavy symptoms. She has encountered pneumonia 2 times in past. Pls can you provide diet chart and things to do everyday to avoid further complications.Please

Pl Hydrate yourself. Take high Nutritious diet, High protein diet, Dry fruits, vegetables, fruits. Vit c,bcomplex ,vit d, to be taken. Advised Lung exercises with respirometer. Warm water, Betadine throat gargling.

Have plenty of water/fluids. Balanced diet with good protein content. Avoid spicy/oily foods. Deep breathing exercises.
