Covid related
I have nasal congestion only at right side of my nose and nose itching.  Also I have post nasal drip. But no fever or throat pain or running nose. I do go out for basic necessities. But never spend more than 5 mins in any shop. I do have acid reflux issues. So I take Cyra d once in a day. Is it a side effect of medication or do I need to go for covid test.

It can be a normal upper respiratory tract infection too . But if are experiencing symptoms continuously better to get a COVID test done . Some patients with COVID have only mild symptoms like sore throat without fever .
