After recovery from covid19. will Antibodies protect person for three months? Is that means for three months at least we are protected from this virus? After how long we can take vaccines?

Yes , technically it is very less likely you will get infected and develop disease again in the next 3-6 months. Your body remembers how to fight it . So the current govt. recommendation is to wait for 3 months .
