Good evening sir/mam,
I tested positive for covid 19 on Sunday and accordingly I have isolated myself in another room. But since yesterday evening my wife is also developing covid symptoms and she has currently 100 degree fever. My main concern is that I have 4 years daughter and she is ok now but she has sneezed three times today, so actually we are worried abt her. For kids also are there any medicines available to prevent covid 19. Can u pls suggest some remedy or medicines for her. Currently noone else is present here to take care of her. We only need to take care of her so ur suggestions would really help us.

Good evening hope u both recover soon . As of now isolation for both is necessary and your daughter to be taken care by other caretaker preferably . As she is close contact so there are chances she may also positive but that can be confirmed through covid test . Treatment wise children are treated symptomatically like for sneezing you can start cold medicine and for fever ,fever medicine . But don’t start any antibiotics as such without doctors advise !! Keep spo2 monitoring and temperature chart too . Any symptoms aggravating contact nearby hospital immediately . For more details contact Pediatrician .
