Covid positive
My Brother wase Covid positive, was under medication and isolated for 15days. He was all okay, no symptoms showing. Then he got tested after 17days, but unfortunately he is positive again without any symptoms. Except for headache sometimes. Does he need to have medicine again? Isolation requires again?

15 day isolation is adequate, he may start using the common areas in the house now. Rtpcr may come positive for upto 3 months after one clinical infection. Hence repeat rtpcr is not advised anymore. He need not take medication again. He need not isolate again. Some symptoms like headache and tiredness may persist for 1 to 2 months. But there is nothing to worry about✌
Next Steps
take adequate rest and improve diet for faster recovery.
Health Tips
follow covid protocols while leaving the house. Take the vaccine after 3 months.

Nothing to worry, RT-PCR can continue to show positive due to the inactive virus. It will come negative in the due course. Stay happy.
