Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have been tested COVID positive. It started from 21st April with symptoms of fever and sore throat. I have isolated myself since then. I have taken Calpol, Zinc and VitC tablets along with gargling with warm water and drinking warm water. There is no fever since 23rd evening. Sore throat condition is better than before but still persists. My oxygen saturation level is always greater than 95. I am attaching my COVID report. Please advise the needful.
