RtPcr COVID-19 test if positive then it has to be infection. So it correct report. Worldwide most of pediatric patient are asymptomatic in COVID 19 infection and remaining most are either having mild or moderate symptoms. But this child can spread infection as much as adult. So isolation is 1st to do. Other treatment is symptomatic, so need medication if child develops symptoms.
Next Steps
Monitor temperature and urine output. If child develops any symptoms consult pediatrician online or covid designated hospital. Give plenty of liquids and warm water.
