In your case, home isolation and routine care can be taken. Kindly follow the below guidelines: 1. Physical distancing of atleast 6 meters. Preferably the sick individual should have a separate room. 2. indoor mask use. Preferably a double mask (surgical mask on top of a N95 mask) should be used. 3. strict hand hygiene. Hands should be thoroughly washed with soap and water for at least 30 seconds. An alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol can be used. Symptomatic management: 1. Hydration. Patient should have at least 4 to 6 glasses of water everyday. 2. Anti-pyretics can be given under the supervision of a healthcare professional. 3. Multivitamins and Zinc can be given. 4. Stay in contact with treating physician. 5. Monitor temperature and oxygen saturation (by applying a SpO2 probe to fingers). Seek immediate medical attention if: 1. Difficulty in breathing 2. High grade fever/severe cough, particularly if lasting for more than five days 3. Consider hospital admission if: 1. Age more than 60 years. 2. Cardiovascular disease, hypertension. 3.
