My daughter is 4 years old been tested positive ,she doesn't hv fever but very tired and she hasn't pass the stool since 3 days .Any medication can be given to pass stool .She takes food ,passes urine but no bowl movement

It has to do nothing with Covid. You can give her Syp. Muout 15 ml once a day for 10 days
