My mother is 69 years old and had slight fever on two days back.She took paracetamol and now ok,fever didnt relapses again.But she feels something like caugh in her throat. Shall I give her Azithromicine and then continue the full corona course? Or its just a normal fever..She has her smell and taste and no other issues.please help ASAP
