In the past 15days my father was having fever chills cough and cold with medicines his symptoms improved. But again he is having cough , fever , chills. Rtpcr report is negative . xray report predicts Tb , CT scan reports predicts broncho pneumonia .

Need to know about the comorbidities, history of smoking etc if any,cough if productive have to go for sputum Analysis and start antibiotics accordingly further evaluation is needed to come to the diagnosis and treat accordingly,as mentioned in the CT chest lymphadenopathy has to be evaluated further if needed
