Dear Sir/Ma'am
The maximum cy score is 25 so it cannot be 24/40. But if indeed it is 24/25, he is in need of immediate institutional attention. He may be maintaining the oxygen saturation, by god's grace but he may desaturate any time and that would have dire consequences. Please make arrangements for oxygen and nebulization as well. Do confirm the score however, there seems to be a gross discrepancy.
