Covid can affect after 20 days
I tested covid positive on dated 22 april.. on that time my spo2 is 90 - 93... But now my report is negative on dated 10 may.. 15 days has passed and my spo2 is 95 to 98..
Now i am also feeling mild heavynes & mild pain in long breathing only.. some time nervous..
Can covid infection is stiil affect lungs after tested negative..??
I am not taking any medicine only doing yoga ( anulom-vilom , bhastrika, kapalbharti 5 minutes each).
Please advice there is anything to worry or i will recover from it..
