Covid - 19 Recovery - My Father Have Been Tested Covid Positive.

My father have been tested covid positive. It's been 22 days since symptoms( fever,cold) started and it's been 13 days since he tested positive he has fever, mild cold , cough and using medication Azithromycin - 2 per day Lhistmont -2 per day Zincovit -1 Dolo - 650 - 3 per day His fever was 101 to 102 untill 5 days after starting medication and now since last 7 days he has no fever and cold (temp 98.3 -98.7 ) His spo2 level is 97 - 98 every day His pulse rate 55 - 65 Right now he has mild cough with phleghm Is it ok to continue the above medication untill cough reduces or should stop as other symptoms have reduced? Is there need to consult any doctor?
