Covid-19 query
I have been covid positive on 30.11.20 and now I have completed my 14 days isolation .I have done my HRCT on 11.12.20 along with blood test all were in normal range with no congestion in lungs. Can I go home now and start my normal routine . Whether I will be transmitting it to anyone now as completed 14 days without any fever

As per protocol , 14 days isolation and additional 3 days of observation for any symptoms such as fever , breathlessness. And monitor your oxygen saturation levels If you are symptom free for more than 7 days , it is unlikely that you transmit infection. However , it is advised to practice social distancing, wear mask .
Next Steps
monitor symptoms for next 3 days and if symptom free routine activities can be resumed continue Vit C+ D3  supplements for a month and any other medications as suggested by your physician.
Health Tips
avoid rigourous exercise or exertion for 3 months . but can continue with regular  activities monitor your sugar levels after 15 days
