Hi Doctors,
Its been 8days since I started to show symptoms and tested positive for covid and taking below medicines as directed by family doctor. (Note he's not reachable)
Azithral 500mg M/N
Vermikind before food night for 3 days
Pantocid before food night
Tru C D3 Morning after food
My temperature is raising to above 100F if I skip taking dolo 650. Also feeling very tired. I was feeling shortness of breath due to plem congestion in my chest which is feeling better from this morning. Saturation reads around 96 to 99. Anything to worry about this prolonged fever?
Kindly suggest.
Thank you in advance.

Need to understand the reason for prolonged fever. Could you share any test reports which you might have? Intermittent fever is possible in Covid so don't worry about it much but we need to work on reducing it. Take one Nise 100 tablet in case your fever goes up and doesn't come down with a dolo 650. Considering your treating doctor is not reachable right now, you can book an appointment with a doctor through Practo.

For cough you can do warm water saline gargles 3-4 times a day, drink luke warm water, and take syrup Adusol 2 tsp 3 to 4 times a day with warm water. This will take care of ur complaint. And for mild fever of 99, you can keep drinking warm water, it will bring down your fever
