Countdown to menopause
My periods have been irregular. I am 52 I had full period on 10th Feb 2025. Half teaspoon period/spotting on 27th September 2025 then very mild spotting on 16th November 2025. So has my menopause started? How to start counting for 12 months of no bleeding? Is the spotting also counted as bleeding/period how do I know when the clock to menopause starts? Has my menopause started or am I going to get another spotting or period?

Spotting also counts..you may or maynot get another spotting. It is very common during perimenopausal period. Sit back and relax. If you are period free for 1 year then count it as menopause
