Could this be colon cancer?
26 year old female, 160 lbs 5’2; no history of illness. No medications. Chronic constipation since childhood. BMs 2-4 times per week. Stools very large and long though not necessarily hard. On and off abdominal discomfort (level 3-7) that is random and doesn’t seem to correlate to any triggers. Fluttering sensation in area. Tenderness/discomfort when laying on left side. No blood in stool. No changes in BM. No nausea, vomiting etc. Sometimes indigestion but not regularly.
