Could I be pregnant? I be pregnant?

So I quit the pill (Diane Mite) in January and had my period after that (about the first week in February) but I haven't had my period since then (I've been told that this is normal, given the pill messes up everything). I also had not had sex since then and I took a pregnancy test about a week ago and it was negative. But, yesterday me and my ex had sex and used a condom. He had pre-cum but had peed a cauple of times before we had sex (I've heard that peeing clears away any chance of sperm to be in the pre-cum???). The thing I'm wondering about is that he put the condom the wrong way on at first (so it touched the pre-cum) and then just turned it around and putted it on the right way after he relized his mistake. Then we had sex but he did pull it out before he ejaculated (not that it matters since we were using a condom) This means that his pre-cum was on the side of the condom that was only meant for me. Could I be pregnant? :/
