Could I be pregnant?
I was 27 days late on my period and yesterday i started spotting. But now today it seems like i have a period but its watery and sticky brownish pinkish stuff also. I've been feeling tired and cramping and nausea, i took a urine pregnancy test but still negative. Could I be pregnant?

Seems to be due to harmonal disturbance,it's not a pregnancy , how ever you need to get an ultrasound done to confirm for the cause,and get back to us for further advice on this.
