Could i be pregnant ??

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had sex with my bf with full protection(condom) after 16 days of my ovulation period ... And I was expecting my period to be around 22 July but till now my period hadn't came yet ... Could i be pregnant ?? Or delaying of period is normal ?? Or any other reason ?? But I'm sure about the fact that I had taken full protection while having sex. Kindly let me know upto how much delay of periods is normal ???
