Could i be pregnant?
I am 22 year okd married woman. I have done follicular study last two months and they showed good growth of follicles and rupture. Third month ot showed no dominant follicle. I always have a proper 28 day cycle. Only late this time by 2 weeks. From past 4 days I'm having extreme Hunger, I have been eating everything i dont prefer usually. Frequent urination about 10 times a day whereas I used to go only 2-3 times earlier. Abdominal cramps are there during some hours of the day. Could I be pregnant? Home pregnancy test shows negative

As you did not hav a dominant follicle this cycle so there was no ovulation that can be a reason of your delayed menses ...if your upt is negative you should consult a gynaecologist so that withdrawal bleeding can be given n stimulation can be started again for follicular growth.
