Is budesonide safe for heart patients? I have had high blood pressure and cholesterol issues since past 15 years. I am taking medications for the same. For past few years whenever I exercise and sweat a lot, it causes coughing. Also happens which I am exposed to cold weather. The cough is dry cough and I have breathing problems. Is there a way that
