Cough problem from last two months

Question

Asked for Male, 31 Years

TB test negative. Corona negative. Problem start after sex. Consult with sexologists and they suggest Allegra-M but not relief.then dr say consult with chest doctor. Fatigue issue from long time. Pollution allergy but last 15 days i m at low pollution area. But problem increased day by day. And every year this problem exists 2 month every year. Please help..
