Cough mucus green

What should i do
They have done xray of face and chest. Result:-
Chest:- Lung infection
Face:- Sinus

Fluticasone Nasal spray 1-0-1 2spray x10days you can use. If cough is more, inhaler or nebulization you can use. Cbc, crp blood test you can take. Avoid cold food. Antibiotic course needed
