Baby has been coughing and his voice is hoarse now. No issues in feeding, sleeping otherwise active and happy. Should we visit doctor?

Since when is cough? If baby active, no immediate intervention may b needed coz most are viral infection and they settle in few days usually..monitor condition ,feeding, fever,, or other symptoms..
