  3. Cough and difficulty in breathing. Else?

Cough and difficulty in breathing
My father is having cough and find it difficult to breathe during cough and also have major headache while coughing. We had also done CBC test but it is normal. The problems are only dry cough , shortness in breathing and headache . Is it normal cough or any bacterial\ viral infection or something else ?
