My 4 year old boy, weighs 15 kg is having cough and cold for 3-4 days, now he is having wet cough and nasal congestion, can nebulizer be used to relive cough symptoms? Please help.

Please do appropiate optimum treatment . Don't use nebulizers unnecessarly. It has risk of infection. Use Indian spices or herbs to relieve common cold. Use Kadda. .it is available in makets but Home made is better. Take 150ml of drinking water,+ fresh crushed ginger,+ 3 black pepper(whole), +3 cloves,+ Jaggary. Boil it this concontion to concentrate ro 100ml . Cool it and serve warm 2 times a day. For 3 days. Add vitC 500mg chewable tablet for 10days. Maintain hydration. Observe Hygiene. Take care of mosquito to prevent malaria and dengue. Pandemic is still on. Stay at home safe. Do all immunizations by schedule.
