Cough and Cold
Hi,My 2 year old daughter is having cough since last one month.I have shown to doctor but still the cough is not fully eliminated. She use to cough specially at night. Also when she coughs hard,she starts vomiting too.We are giving her citrazin syrup since almost 10 days,there is some improvement but not complete recovery.Kindly suggest.I am little worried as she use to vomit almost everything out,once she starts coughing hard.
I am living in South Bopal,Ahmedabad.

Sometimes acid or non acid reflux can present with cough and vomiting in children.

Your child could be having hyper reactive Airways or respiratory atopy or post nasal drip. Pls approach your pediatrician for further work up, and get her started on preventive treatment, as well as specific vitamins to improve her immunity.
