Dear Sir, We have Shifted to delhi on Sunday. From Wednesday onwards my son is suffering from fever and cough. We have given Sumol, Levolin, Allegra & Nabulizze with Duolin fever came down yesterday fever is normal. But today fever is 101.09 we have given fever medicine to him please instruct.

If fever is high grade for 3 days get blood tests done or see pediatrician may be blood infection
