Hi! My baby is 9 months old and i have constipation and gas. Can i have triphala powder. She is completely on my breastfeed and would like to know if its safe for my baby.

Contrary to common belief,mother's diet will NOT cause any harm to breastfed babies. Some drugs may do so,therefore it's mandatory to inform your physician that you're breastfeeding. At 9 months of age,you should be giving 3 each of solid meals and milk feeds including 2 breastfeeds and 1 top feed.
