Hello ma'am !
1. As per your query if there is no sound tooth available for a bridge , the ideal option to replace the tooth would be placement of an implant.
As you know an implant can range from anywhere between 18k-40k depending on the company you agree for.
2. The other option that can only be ascertained is by assessing you clinically and checked how much space is available between the two jaws in the area of missing teeth.
This would allow us to go for an attachment retained removable partial denture which will give you a feel of a fixed prosthesis and would be cheaper than a implant.
3. You could also get remaining damaged teeth extracted and replace them with a conventional removable partial denture acrylic or a flexible one. This could be the cheapest option, but would require patient cooperation and time for adjustment .
Next Steps
You should visit a Prosthodontist for further options in replacement of missing teeth
Hi,if possible you may go for capping of the teeth already trimmed for bridge, and go for some removable denture like flexible dentures or so,this shall be a cheaper option.
Without assessing your present clinical situation no comment can be done. If the last tooth is really damaged beyond repair then you can either go for implant or you can opt for denture. Better consult a dentist so he can suggest you better
