Cortisol receptors resistance/compromise

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My doc found that i have cortisol receptors resistance after leaving weight gainer containing steroids ( cortisol ) ... I have been facing these symptoms Cold intolrence Increased urination Dehydration Goosebumps High heart rate Bp fluctuations Can anyone give me a second opinion or treatment ? I have been facing this problem since 1.5 years Doc said external dexamethasone at night dose can helps
