For this small squint, surgery is not required
There are other options like glasses, prisms, exercises etc depending on type of squint

Hi ..generally this kind of squint will not be a cosmetic problem ...and BSV is not a problem until and unless you are in that kind of job.
We need to check if there is accommodative element ..then glasses need to be given
If muscle weakness...exercise can e tried .
Beside that ..care for general health and well being.
Is it 5 or 15? 5 degree can be microesotropia. Small degree squints can be corrected with the help of glasses. Some may even need prismatic correction.
