Asked for Female, 64 Years

My mother is 64 year old having blokage in heart tryglyceride level goes to 365, HDL- 29 and VLDL- 73, LDL- 82.4, cholestrol- 185. heart rate is 40. Dr. advice for pace maker. But i want to know that only pace maker implant will sufficient or go for some more investigation. So please advice me
