My father has got heart blocks around 99 percent that's what doctor told 5 years back and advised for stents, but my father is controlling with diet and homeopathy and few other medicines, in his case is nattokinase a good medicine and also does it have any side effects ?

Yes he will require stenting in addition to medicines which are approved for heart blocks. No the above mentioned medicine is not FDA approved.
