As advised by a Gynecologist, I have been regularly taking Ovral L pills for preventing pregnancy. As an impact, I see my periods have become regular and problems like extreme abdominal discomfort, nausea and diarrhea do not occur anymore. However, the flow of blood has reduced to negligible. Also, that I use combination of sanitary pads and tampons, If that has any role in reduction of blood flow.
My question is if this reduction in bloodflow during menstruation due to unnatural causes can impact my ability conceive at a later stage?

Blood flow often decreases due to the uses of contraceptives. I doubt that this will affect your ability to conceive at a later stage. You will return to normal menses once you stop with the pills. Also use of pads and tampons has nothing to do with it.
